Consent is more than permission—it is a practice of presence and attunement. Through embodied exercises, we'll rediscover the body's authentic yes, no, maybe, and curiosity, exploring how honest communication creates the conditions for real connection. Expect moments of reflection, laughter, awkwardness, courage, and genuine encounter. This is an invitation to slow down, get curious, play, and discover what becomes possible when you relate from a place of presence. Whether you arrive with a partner, friends, or on your own, we'll cultivate a shared culture of clarity, choice, and respect. All are welcome!

Rewild your senses in devotion to Earth’s living pulse. In this guided experience, we’ll awaken the erotic intelligence of the natural world and remember ourselves as part of it. Through elemental embodiment practices, breath, mindful touch, and sensory exploration, you’ll be invited into a more intimate relationship with the land. Feel the texture of bark beneath your palms, the brush of wind against your skin, the warmth of the sun as a blessing, the quiet whispers of soil beneath your feet. Rather than performing sensuality, we soften into receptivity, allowing Lover Earth to reach into our hearts. We’ll dissolve the illusion of separation and remember : your body is nature, and nature is inherently erotic.

Peter Wildemann
In this workshop, we explore a different way of approaching conversations around intimacy and attraction. To truly create a culture where it is safe and welcomed to express ourselves freely, we must first change our approach to how we communicate. By sharing vulnerably, truthfully, and transparently, we begin to build a container of trust and inclusivity.

Come home to the most important relationship you will ever have: the one with yourself. In this heart-opening ritual, we'll explore self-love as an embodied practice. Through guided meditation, movement, breath, and nourishing self-touch, you'll be invited to soften, open, and awaken to the love you truly are. Together, we'll cultivate compassion, presence, and deep inner listening, creating space to embrace every part of yourself with sweetness and tenderness. Leave feeling more grounded, radiant, and deeply connected to the love that has always lived within you, a love that naturally overflows into every relationship and every aspect of your life.

Our relational patterns can heal in profound ways in community. Practicing deep honesty in a trauma informed community space creates solidarity and mutual empathy. This practice allows the deep healing and connection with ourselves and others. Addressing larger cultural themes and allows for the transformation of collective trauma. This is an opportunity to realize that we are not alone in our longings, desires, joys and challenges.

This interactive photo shoot adventure invites you into sensual embodiment and playful co-creation with the land, the spirits of nature, and fellow retreat participants.
How do you feel called to express and embody your wild nature? What would it look like to step into a more empowered version of yourself? What plants and elements will you naturally immerse yourself in to support your most authentic expression? And on the other side of the lens - what would it feel like to be a nature photographer capturing wildlife in its natural habitat?
With the goal of creating artistic pictures and videos for your own use, this workshop encourages participants to bring their cameras or phone cameras. You are invited to come with an open heart, a willingness to expand your edges, and the courage to be fully seen in your wild erotic nature.

This is a platonic, facilitated cuddle event where we learn tools to connect through platonic touch. It is a touch positive event where Emme will give you a framework and agreements so that we can all get touch and connection in a safe and supported environment. This is a great opportunity to explore touch and cuddling with no escalation so that we can reprogram ourselves and our community in order to feel safe getting the connection that we desire.
We will learn to co-regulate the whole group while using cuddling and touch as a basis for connection and although this is facilitated, we bring playfulness and fun to the environment with games and with open and honest conversations. Emme has been facilitating the Cuddle Puddles since the first Awaken event.

Step into a playful space where connection becomes light, alive, and full of curiosity. In this invitational workshop, we explore the art of flirting and how to ignite authentic connection with others. Through guided mini dates and facilitated exercises, you will be supported to explore conscious flirting, authentic relating, communication, eye gazing, and embodied presence. Each moment becomes an invitation to soften, notice, and let connection arise naturally.
This is a space to remember the spark that lives in relating. To meet others with openness, to be seen and to see, and to feel the joy of being more fully alive in connection. Nothing to do, nowhere to get to, just a return to playful presence and the subtle electricity between us.
Come as you are and let connection surprise you!

Rooted in the art of touch, presence, and sensory awakening, this workshop invites you to step into the practice of body worship as a felt, grounded, and deeply human experience. Through intentional massage, breath, and subtle sensory elements, you’ll be guided to give and receive touch with awareness, attunement, and care. You’ll learn how to slow down, listen through your hands, and create an experience of touch that feels devotional without losing its playfulness. This is not about technique or performance, but about presence, consent, and cultivating a relationship to the body that is both honoring and alive.

Step beyond the familiar and discover connection with yourself and others beyond sight. In this immersive blindfolded experience, you are invited to turn inward, quiet the mind, and awaken your other senses. Through deep listening and surrender, follow your natural impulses and be guided into deeper presence. As vision falls away, trust grows, intuition opens, and connection becomes felt rather than seen. Whether in solitude or in exploration with others, this is an invitation to listen deeply, move slowly, and meet life in its subtle currents.
Please bring a blindfold or a scarf to comfortably cover your eyes.
